How can I make rubber that has hardended with age soft again? - motorcycle soft luggage
It's part of my bike, something that the entry of air or other means. In any case, has hardened in recent years and year and now feels like plastics, although it was once a soft, flexible rubber. How can a little sweeter? Soak in water? I wonder if someone knows exactly, before you do anything, and booty.

Silicone spray. Soft rubber and restore flexibility (we have used on rubber tracks for buckets of beer in a few bars, I was working on). If the rubber is cracked, but may be too late.
Yes, soak in hot water is usually the best choice. I would recommend soaking them in water for 30 to 45 minutes more if necessary.
